The Bradford Board Of Trade (BBT) is pleased to announce the Bradford Home & Lifestyle Show on Saturday, April 22nd, 2017 (previously known as the Town & Country Living Show). We are excited to report the Bradford & District Community Centre will be fully heated due to an investment into a permanent heating solution agreed to by Town Council and the Office of Economic Development. We are proud of the role that we played in advocating for this improvement to our community.
As an advocate for our members, we are continually looking for solutions that benefit the local business community. The BBT plays an important role in liaising between local businesses and municipal government to ensure your needs and concerns are heard.
The Town continues to be a valued partner and strong supporter of businesses in Bradford West Gwillimbury, and we thank them for the additional support provided for this important local business event. A heated venue offers a great opportunity to increase participation from both vendors and visitors, and we look forward to hosting another highly successful event this spring.

Vendor Opportunity

Our vendors will be treated to a fully heated facility for 2017. The Town of Bradford West Gwillimbury has invested in this venue to provide a year round location for indoor activities. Advertising for this event is broadcast extensively across social media, our eNewsletters, in our local newspapers and signage across town. This local event is supportive, friendly and encouraging of all businesses.  As the second fastest growing municipality in Ontario, we provide an opportunity to develop life long relationships with the existing and newly developing community.

One Day Show

We provide a one day event to share your services and products with the Bradford West Gwillimbury Community. Energy is high and encouraging. Setup day is Friday, April 21st with a 7-hour window to move in at your leisure from 12 noon to 7pm sharp. The building will reopen at 8am for vendors, with the show opening and 9am and running to 4pm. Tear down is immediately after the show.

Vendor’s Breakfast

Coffee Culture Bradford is generously sponsoring our continental, Vendor’s Breakfast! Each vendor receives identification. Wear it to gain access to the upstairs cafe and enjoy a free, continental breakfast! Meet your fellow vendors, network and kick off the show with a smile.

Vendor Listing

Vendors will be contacted to give a 2 – 3 line description of themselves and what they bring to the show. This will be posted and circulated before the show as a value add for our vendors for extra exposure. It will also help those attending the show to plan who they’d like to make a point of meeting.

Business Type Limits

We only allow three (3) businesses of any one type. This ensures minimal competition at our show while also ensuring the greatest variety for the public attending the show.

Attendance Is FREE

Everyone is welcome to attend the show for FREE. We appreciate their taking the time to attend the Bradford Home & Lifestyle Show and want to ensure there are no barriers to their attendance. Although not required, we do ask that they bring a food item for the Helping Hand Food Bank. Our community outreach is an important element to our show.

Vendor Rates

The cost for a 10′ x 10′ booth is $300 + HST.  Bradford Board Of Trade Members in good standing receive a $100.00 discount ($200 + HST). If you are considering being a vendor in our show, please JOIN US and seize the opportunity that these savings provide.
An additional booth is available at 50% of your initial booth.  Non-members $150 + HST, Members are $100 + HST.

Exhibitor Selection and Placement

Exhibitors will be limited to three (3) businesses of any one type, as defined by the show committee.  Businesses that apply for a full category will be placed on a waiting list.
Booth placement is given in order of priority to Sponsors, order of payment and placement in proximity to other like businesses. Final placement is at the discretion of the Show Committee and decisions are final. Only Sponsors are given placement selection options as described in the Sponsor Packages. The Show Committee will attempt to accommodate other placement requests on a first paid, approved, and first request basis. Efforts have been made for all areas of the show to have points of interest to ensure full traffic to the entire show, for the duration of the show.
