The Bradford Board of Trade is committed to enriching the lives of its members and the business community at large, both professionally and personally through community building, education and networking.

President’s Message

A small group of people;  that’s how it all began.   We felt we needed a voice that would represent our varied yet collective interests as business owners.  Those ideas and brainstorming sessions evolved to became the Bradford Board of Trade.

We started by meeting weekly and our numbers began to grow. We talked about how to be one strong voice when issues arose affecting the business community. We spoke of how we could mentor new business owners and welcome new businesses setting up in town. We talked of ways to network, provide education, offer inspiration, how to bring our needs and concerns to government and regulatory agencies. The list goes on.

Here we are, 10 months later. After hundreds of hours of hard work, the expertise and contributions that each of our founding Board members bring to the table has resulted in the birth of an organization which is THE voice of Business in Bradford, the Bradford Board of Trade.

We welcome each and everyone of you to participate, enjoy and contribute to the business community in Bradford through this organization that is so much a part of all of us. 
We have only just begun and your contribution is vital for the continued success of the Bradford Board of Trade.
