Event Details:

Date: Sunday, October 6th, 2024

Location: 125 Simcoe Road, The Bradford District Community Centre

Time: 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Partnership: Proudly partnered with bradfordtoday.ca and in partnership with the Town of Bradford West Gwillimbury 

Booth Rates:

Single Booths: 10 feet wide by 8 feet deep

$125 + HST for BBT members in good standing

$150 + HST for non-members

Youth Entrepreneurs (25 years old or younger): $75 + HST – DISCOUNTED RATE

Double Booths: 20 feet wide, 8 feet deep (16 feet wide and 10 feet deep for end aisles) An additional booth is available (at the show committee’s discretion) when an initial booth is purchased. Bradford Board of Trade Members are $75 + HST, Non-members $100 + HST.

Please note that booths may not be split or shared; one approved business per booth.

Important Notes:

Your booth is an empty space; tables, chairs, and decor are the responsibility of the vendor.

All booths must be manned at all times.

Sponsorship Opportunities: The Bradford Board of Trade is proud to offer Sponsorship opportunities! Our Events Committee has tailored these packages to ensure effective promotion for our sponsors, maximizing their success at our show. All sponsors are subject to show committee approval. Sponsors are given priority for booth consideration.
