Our ongoing commitment to offering opportunities openly and publicly, we’d like to request a proposal for our Gala DJ for 2023. Our annual semi formal to formal business award cocktail gala event is a flagship event for our organization being held on Saturday October 28th, 2023. Venue location is The Club at Bond Head. The event will begin at approximately 7:00pm (Doors open) and go to 11pm. If you are able to meet these criteria, please fill out the form.
- Full variety of music
- Professional announcements
- Ability to read the room
- Work along side of our committee, MC and needs of the event
- Full sound system
- Decor lighting would be an asset
- Microphones for presenters and wireless headset for the MC
This RFP is open until Friday, September 22nd, 2023. Being a member of the Bradford Board Of Trade is considered an asset but not required. Only those whom we are interested in will be contacted. Thank you for taking the time to submit your proposal.
