RFP: 2022 Gala Venue

Our ongoing commitment to offering opportunities openly and publicly, we’d like to request a proposal for our Gala Venue for 2022.  Our annual semi formal to formal, served dinner, business award gala event is a flagship event for our organization held Friday evening, October 28th, 2022.  If your venue is within the Greater Bradford West Gwillimbury area, we want to hear from you!  Please find our criteria below. If you are able to meet these criteria, please fill out the form.

• Ability to accommodate up to 200 guests
• Within the greater Bradford West Gwillimbury area
• Dance floor
• If you don’t have an in-house caterer, a full kitchen available for one to be brought in
• Fully Accessible
• Available dedicated space for our VIP lounge
• Appropriate for a semi formal to formal event
• Available reception for guest check in
• Please include additional support of risers, linens, lighting, etc. available

This RFP is open until Friday, May 6th, 2022. Being a member of the Bradford Board Of Trade is considered an asset but not required. Only those venues which we are interested in will be contacted. Thank you for taking the time to submit your proposal.
