Our ongoing commitment to offering opportunities openly and publicly, we’d like to request a proposal for a host venue for our 2024 Open For Business Golf Tournament. Please complete the form below if you can offer the following:
- Full 18 hole course
- Light breakfast and BBQ lunch
- Shotgun Format
- Accommodation for a wide range of player skills
- Within the greater Bradford West Gwillimbury area
- Accommodation for on-course contests, sponsors, and signage
We appreciate your flexibility regarding the day and time of the event. Our preference is for a Friday morning start; however, we are open to the following dates of July 18th, 19th, 25th, or 26th, 2024.
Please provide a range of options for dates, days, and times, along with the corresponding rates. Additionally, if there are any packages or special offers available for our tournament participants, we would be interested in exploring those options.
We understand that being a member of the Bradford Board Of Trade is considered an asset but not required for consideration. We assure you that we will carefully review all proposals received before making a decision.
