Our ongoing commitment to offering opportunities openly and publicly, we’d like to request a proposal for our Business Excellence Awards Gala Venue for 2024. Our annual semi formal to formal, business award gala event is a flagship event for our organization held Friday evening, November 8th, 2024. If your venue is within the Greater Bradford West Gwillimbury area, we want to hear from you! Please find our criteria below. If you are able to meet these criteria, please fill out the form below.
Important Dates
This RFP is open until Wednesday, May 15th, 2024 @11:59pm. Being a member of the Bradford Board Of Trade is considered an asset but not required. Only those venues which we are interested in will be contacted. Thank you for taking the time to submit your proposal.

Venue Requirements
- Ability to accommodate up to 150-200 guests
- Within the greater Bradford West Gwillimbury area
- If you don’t have an in-house caterer, a full kitchen available for one to be brought in
- Fully Accessible
- Please include additional support of risers, linens, lighting, etc. available
