Our ongoing commitment to offering opportunities openly and publicly, we’d like to request a proposal for a host venue for our 2022 Open For Business Golf Tournament. Please complete the form below if you can offer the following:
- Full 18 hole course
- Full breakfast / lunch or lunch / dinner tournament
- Shotgun Format
- Accommodate a wide range of player skills
- Within the greater Bradford West Gwillimbury area
- Accommodation for on course contests, sponsors, signage
We are open to various days of the week or weekend, morning or afternoon formats. Our preference is for a Friday, morning start event July 29th, August 12th or 26th, 2022. Please submit a range of options Dates / Days / Times for our committee to review with the appropriate rates.
This RFP is open until Friday, March 18th at 5pm. Being a member of the Bradford Board Of Trade is considered an asset but not required. Only those whom we are interested in will be contacted. Thank you for taking the time to submit your proposal.
