ReDiscover BWG is the BBT’s initiative to showcase the best of what our local economy has to offer with a weekend long event that’ll benefit both brick-and-mortar businesses and home-based businesses alike, and we’d love to have your participation.

How it’ll work: The weekend of Friday, June 10^th – Sunday, June 12^th the public will receive a map of participating storefront businesses to visit. We’ll offer prizes for people to take pictures at every venue they visit with a special hashtag to be entered into a draw. We’ll also be encouraging storefront businesses to offer special ReDiscover BWG deals which we’ll share on our social media, and website to further motivate potential customers to go to those businesses. Participating storefronts will receive a promotional package including signage for their location to notify their customers of the upcoming event.

On Saturday, June 11^th we’ll also be having a vendor show on the BWG Library’s west lawn from 9 am – 4 pm. With space for up to 40 vendors, this will be a great opportunity for home-based businesses and brick-and-mortar businesses alike to showcase why they are the best at what they do – nobody is better at pitching your business than you are! Bring pamphlets, signage, samples, make special weekend deals, and encourage those you talk to to take those selfies to be entered into draws for prizes!

Registration fees are incredibly low: $50 for BBT members, $75 for non-members. All registered businesses will receive shout-outs on our social media, will be listed on our webpage for this event (with links to your website or social media, if you prefer), be included on our maps for on-site and storefront locations, and the sooner you sign up, the sooner we can start promoting you!

Please note: For our Saturday event you will need to provide your own table, tent, etc. There will not be electricity available for vendors. This event will be held on grass and will go forward rain or shine.
